- Wigs: Must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

- Wigs and hair extensions that have been worn or used.
- Any product that has been tampered with or altered.
Return Process

Refunds

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
